Marisa Norris

Vice President, Marketing

As the Vice President of Digital Marketing, Marisa is responsible for providing strategic consultation and guidance to the advisory partner firms in The Dynasty Network, as well as supporting Dynasty’s corporate brand. In partnership with the Vice President, she manages all aspects of digital marketing: social media, SEO/SEM, analytics, marketing automation and content creation.

Prior to joining Dynasty, Marisa worked at Franklin Templeton as a member of the Digital Marketing team. She was responsible for the global adaptation and implementation of marketing automation, as well as strategy development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. She also successfully completed the Leadership Development Program where she gained exposure to Training and Development, Human Resources, Customer Operations, Project Management and Digital Marketing.

Marisa is a graduate of The Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Leadership Studies Certificate and minors in International Affairs and Psychology. She holds certifications as a Marketing Automation Expert and Disciplined Agilist.

In her free time, Marisa enjoys all St. Petersburg has to offer! She loves boating and kayaking, supporting the Tampa Bay Lightning and trying all of the new local spots. She likely will not be spotted without her goldendoodle, Brody!
