Dynasty Investment Bank offers a diversified capital product suite exclusively for the wealth and investment management industry. Minority Equity
Dynasty makes investments in, or acquires from owners, non-controlling minority equity positions in wealth and investment management firms. We differentiate ourselves as a friendly, patient shareholder with limited governance terms, a long-term investment horizon, and the potential opportunity for clients to repurchase their equity back from us after a period of time.
Revenue Participation Interest (RPI)
Dynasty provides capital to firms in exchange for a percentage of revenue over a period of time. This product does not require selling common equity and allows clients to have a time-based repurchase right based on a fixed repurchase multiple.
Traditional Credit
We differentiate our credit program from others by providing varying maturity terms, covenant-lite features, fixed interest rates, and interest-only period features.
