Katie Cook

Katie Cook acts as executive assistant to both Mr. Thomson and Mr. Swenson, acting as main point of contact for each and providing administrative leverage for both the executives and their departments.

Mrs. Cook joined Dynasty from Remedy Bar Group, where she worked for over fifteen years, most recently as Vice President of Operations, focusing primarily on strategy, management, and operations at two of their restaurant locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Mrs. Cook is heavily involved in charitable endeavors as she currently volunteers as a Coach at KEEN New York, a national nonprofit, volunteer-led organization that provides one-to-one recreational opportunities for children and young adults with mental and physical disabilities at no cost to their families.

Mrs. Cook is a graduate of University of Central Florida.
