Cheryl Quinn

Cheryl is responsible for the Outsourced CFO services for Dynasty network partners. Her professional career spans 20 years with roles in finance, audit, financial planning & analysis and SEC reporting. Her career began in public accounting with Ernst & Young, and since then she has held senior level finance roles at Citigroup and HSBC Bank. Cheryl also served as the VP of Client Service for Market Street Trust Company. Most recently, Cheryl managed Amtrak’s capital budgeting and planning process.

Cheryl was born in Buffalo, NY and grew up in Wilkes Barre, PA. She graduated from Wilkes University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration. She holds her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in Pennsylvania.
