Brian Layton

Mr. Layton is responsible for the design, delivery and positioning of Dynasty’s client-facing solutions, focusing on optimizing the client experience across a broad spectrum of service deliverables that drive enterprise-class RIA growth and profitability. Mr. Layton also heads up product innovation, strategic technology partnerships, and firm-wide collaboration initiatives.

 

Prior to Dynasty, Mr. Layton was a top-performing wealth management executive. He most recently led Neuberger Berman’s New England ultra-high net worth private client practice where he hosted regional investment forums and served on Neuberger’s national wealth management marketing advisory council. He earlier served as a senior private client financial advisor at Bernstein Global Wealth Management, advising entrepreneurs, public company executives, and family businesses.

 

Prior to his roles in wealth management, Mr. Layton was a venture‐backed founder at Passkey (Awarded Top 25 Most Influential Professional in the Hospitality industry), THINQ Learning Solutions, and Broadleaf. Mr. Layton is a graduate of the University of Richmond and is active in youth sports as a coach and board member.
