Austin Philbin

Austin Philbin is the Chief Client Officer and Head of Dynasty Connect. In these roles, Mr. Philbin is responsible for leading the primary client facing team and tasked with building and delivering end client referrals to Dynasty’s Network of Advisors.

As one of the early employees of Dynasty, Austin has spent his time with clients in all stages of the business cycle from transition to succession planning. His areas of expertise include financial planning, estate planning, risk management, operations, and business development.  A passionate problem-solver, Austin has always enjoyed working with network partners on their toughest challenges.

Prior to joining Dynasty, Mr. Philbin spent time at both Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney working with financial advisors to develop their high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients using various financial and wealth planning strategies. Austin managed the Northeast Division of Wealth Advisory Consultants and was part of the management team for the Southern New Jersey Complex at Morgan Stanley.

A life-long B+ athlete, Austin was a three-time captain for Bates College Baseball and a former professional mixed martial artist with a 1-2 lifetime record. Growing up, Mr. Philbin spent time living in Central America and Japan. His greatest treasures in life are his wife, Sarah and his children, Keanu, Cadence, and Austin Jr. He is in constant search for the toughest workouts, the tastiest pizzas, and the most flavorful IPAs.
