Owen Hayes is an Investment Banking Analyst at Dynasty Investment Bank, which he joined full-time in July 2026 after interning on the team the previous summer. He got his start in finance at Marblegate Asset Management, primarily with the value creation team, and then interned at Elliott Management, where he gained exposure across asset classes and the buy side. Owen is from Bedford Hills, New York, and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics and a minor in Statistics, where he also played NCAA Division I golf.
