Joe D’Agostino
Head of Investment Platform
Mr. D’Agostino works across Dynasty to align the firm’s long-term strategy with that of our clients. His focus is to accelerate the growth and enterprise value of our Network Partners’ businesses by leveraging Dynasty’s technology platforms, investment offerings, capital solutions, and other core services. Joe is also responsible for developing Dynasty’s Advisor-to-CEO program, which provides tools and training to our Network Partners to help them evolve as leaders and CEOs. An industry veteran with over 35 years of experience in financial services, he spent most of his career at Morgan Stanley and predecessor firms. Joe started as a financial advisor, then served in a series of roles of increasing responsibility, and culminating in leading the investment products division at both Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley. Before joining Dynasty in 2020, he complemented his experience in wealth management by leading business transformation and growth strategies at two asset management firms.
Joe is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and received his MBA from Columbia Business School. He lives in St. Petersburg, Florida with his wife Kitty.
